In Deaf culture, it is acceptable to talk about another person’s appearance and unique characteristics. This can be a bit awkward for hearing people who are not accustomed to this. To help you become accustomed to this practice, I want you to describe each other.
You will take turns describing each other. Go into detail describing your conversation partners, including what they are wearing and how they look. Be as descriptive as you can of one person in your group. Each person will describe at least one person in their group. When you are done everyone should have been described at least once.
